A qualified Industrial Engineer with the drive and ambition of an entrepreneur, Biju has more than a decade of hands-on experience in a variety of functions including Industrial Sales and new product launches.

As founding partner, Managing Director and responsible for Sales at Cogito, Biju has the conviction and ability to create an undeniable value proposition in a challenging environment. His ability to steer his team in the direction and inspire the staff to go the extra mile and give more than 100% ensures that commitment to quality and deliverables are always met. Biju is a dynamic leader with a finger on the pulse of the industry and knows that one needs to be nimble and agile to be adaptable to the needs of the customer.

As one of the principal founding members of Cogito, Biju is responsible for driving sales, growing market share and profits for the organization and ensure Cogito is a brand to be reckoned with.

MADHU KUMAR R

DIRECTOR

A qualified Industrial Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Madhu Kumar has successfully essayed many key positions in organizations within India and abroad. With international exposure to some of the best practices and systems in various organizations including Wipro, Hydrolines and a Dutch-based Dubai company, Madhu Kumar and Biju together, have been instrumental in building Coburg, the parent company to a 45+ member strong team with several offices in the markets that they operate in.

As Director of Cogito, Madhu brings his valuable experience to bear on the Sales personnel and alongwith Biju mentors them on how to sell effectively in a highly competitive and challenging market. He also helps in creating effective training modules which assists the young and enthusiastic sales team to achieve more.
